    • Oversee the physical aspects of camp
    • Supervise support staff. (medical, housekeeping, food service), including daily meeting.

      • Big Camp Specific
      • Communicate with the Farm staff, daily, regarding maintenance needs.
      • Facilitate and organize purchases for Big Camp and Tot Lot.

      Tot Lot Specific
      • Meet daily with the Big Camp Manager regarding maintenance needs and purchasing.
      • Assist with the Director's disciplinary responsibilities.

    Assist the Tot Lot Staff when and where needed. Flexibility is a must.

    4 Counselor
    Help “their” campers to be prepared and punctual for each activity. Set a good example and counsel the campers in healthy relating, self-image, spiritual growth, personal hygiene, etc. Maintain discipline among campers.

    1 Cook and Kitchen Supervisor
    Experience with quantity cooking. Responsible for all meal related details except menu planning and purchasing. This includes food and dining hall preparation and clean-up, as well as tending to dishes.

    12 Staff in Training
    This position is focused on understanding the role of camp staff through the experience of serving as camp staff in this short session. Duties are predominantly in food service and housekeeping, but also include some recreation and usually a facilities project. Time will also be devoted to brief 'studies' of the traits that are necessary when serving as staff and the adjustment that is sometimes a shock for those who come from the camper experience.
