- Oversee the physical aspects of camp
- Supervise support staff. (medical, housekeeping, food service), including daily meeting.
Big Camp Specific
- Communicate with the Farm staff, daily, regarding maintenance needs.
- Facilitate and organize purchases for Big Camp and Tot Lot.
Tot Lot Specific
- Meet daily with the Big Camp Manager regarding maintenance needs and purchasing.
- Assist with the Director's disciplinary responsibilities.
